Headlamps:
1. Taped everything off 
2. Packaging tape on the area of the headlamp I didn't want painted
3. 3 coats of black base
4. Turn on low/high beams, make sure no light is shining thru
5. 4 coats color you want
6. I only put 2 coats of clear on the front

TailLights:
1. Remove lamps
2. Again, tape area of light you DON'T want painted
3. 3 coats of black base
4. 4 coats color you want
5. I put 6 coats clear

Since these pics I've removed the LUMINA off the side, one came off cleanly 
and is now in the high mount stoplamp. I get alot of head turning with this 
vehicle, and I can't wait to see what happens when I mod the engine and 
replace the stereo system thats in here now.
