hi i have aquired knolodge from a range of sources and never came across this before. this technique is the hardest i have ever come across as it demands dedication and training. the movement i am tlkin about is the movement of the hands. after a lesson i discovered that if you forget the rest of your swing for a while and jst study your hand movement through the ball you will discover that it really helps. first - move club to horozontal ( knee horizntal height) then when you move through the ball rotate hands so that at exacty the opposite position from when u started, and turn right hand n arm over left wrist( so that both wrists ar touching. it is essential that you keep the left arm straight through this movement. after a while of practicing this you develop muscle memory. practice even without club in house.when the muscles are stronger it is possible to to hit driver like tiger.if your strong.first start with wedge as it is easiet and graduate through to driver . i garuntee drives with fly further and straight everytime unless ur shite. dannyx

Great advice. It seems like the more I focus on my body, the stiffer I get when trying to perform the downswing...
