As you probably know by now Greg Norman was disqualified in China for an illegal drop. Woods broke the rules with a simular action that should have had him disqualifed at the end of the day, yet he was not. Woods improved his lie on his 2nd shot on the 18th hole at the Byron Nelson during the 3rd round. He grounded his club behind the ball at address and pushed down the grass (prior to that you could not see the ball). Then he hovered his club and you could clearly see half his ball. This was varified by numerous sources and brought up to the PGA and CBS, but both covered it up refusing to do "anything negative" to Woods in the interest of CBS and Wood fans.
