I would magine they would have more sexual dreams as this drug suppresses all sorts of things,including emotions. As for orgasm durring withdrawal,I noticed it in my first detox. I was taking a pee and when I shook my dick to get that last drop out I started to have an Orgasm. It's like your body's trying to catch up with all those suppressed hormones. And boy does it suppress them. I can shave lightly once a day but when getting off opiates I have to shave twice a day. That orgasm thing is odd too. I've also noticed that because I take alot of Benzo's and Methadone that I have Zip sex drive but if we don't have sex for two weeks or I don't "get rid" of that Testosterone,It'll find a way to come out in my dreams.i.e.-Wet Dream But yeah during real withdrawal you can just rub on the sheets and make a mess. It's normal. And we quit giggling or denying masturbation after becoming an Adult in my early twenties.
