Ok feeling better now, so from memoert here we go cookin a Misty
(MS Contin).

Wipe off colored skin with corner of a damp cloth. Crush tab
b'tween 2 spoons. Add approx 4- drops of AA (AC if u have it),
enough to make all powder damp with it and sit spoon by open
window (smell shocking) until stops bubbling and smoking (bout
5-10 mins).

Have electric element on a dull red setting and wrap 1/2 doz ice
cubes in a t/towel. Heat mixture by holding spoon on element
(DONT go away)  and continue until mixture becomes hard and
brittle. Avoid overheating by occassionaly cooling spoon on t/t
with icecubes. After about 5 mins the mixture should be a dull
grey hard looking brittle mixture, stop as soon as this texture
is reached.

Scrape the mixture into a heap on the spoon, wont be much (approx
1/4 spoon full) and add about 1&1/2-3 3ml ? (cant remember sizes,
not the small diabetic ones, nor the great big ones) syringe
fulls off water to this. Slowly heat water in spoon to almost
boiling point (dont let it bubble), cooling as necessary by
holding spoon on ice pack,( if you boil it you will lose to much
vapour into the air) and sniff occassionaly until you CANT smell
any AA! The water should be a light to dark brown color with a
little residue left in the bottom.

Let cool (avoid extemes of temp as much as poss, with heat ice
etc) then use your fav filtering method and divide up as per size
of Misty.

DONT share spoon etc as you WILL catch HEP C this way. So the
word here is HYGIENE not RUSH! Footnote: I last used 3 years ago
(on methdone now) and have tried to remember exactly as I did a
hundred times back then. I also belive I contracted HepC from
sharing spoons during this period of my using!

Good luck Use safely and NEVER alone and ALWAY"S use CLEAN
equipment, and it will cause you (the Opiate) less harm than
alcohol ever has socially.
