Yes, if it is oxycodone alone. However I cannot imagine the depravity
needed to induce someone to sniff a SHITLOAD of APAP or ASA up their
nose... heh... at that point simply taking the damned pills on as empty a
stomach as possible is your best route as the sheer volume of crap in
your nose would render the route unattractive and probably even LESS
effective (!)

Think about HOW BIG they are. Grind one up and take a look at the monster
line JUST ONE of these combo preps makes ... do you WANT to sniff a foot
long (or longer!) line for 5mg of oxycodone (less than a cm?). Now
carefully recollect the powder in a gel-cap and take it orally!!! :) :)

Filler material can make nasal routes less effective than oral by
clogging or coating the sinus membranes, or (god forbid) inducing a sneeze..
