I do not recommend snorting tar because of the burned coffee flavor (the cut?), which, for me anyway, increases the likelihood of nausea. I have used plain water also when acetone wasn't available. (I will explain why acetone in a minute) Take some lactose and spread out on a cookie sheet or even a piece of foil and put in an oven. Heat the lactose until it turns from white powder to brown/black glass-like crystal. It sort of melts and turns brown. Take this lactose and break it up back to small powder like crystals. With the tar dissolved in solvent, add lactose that has been browned and dissolve it in the solution. Now, after mixing, you have to remove the liquid by evaporation- which is where the acetone comes in. You can put the solution to sit exposed to the air and the acetone will eventually evaporate at room temperature. How long depends on how much acetone you used and if you spread it out, like pouring it into a shallow container like a plate so that more is exposed to the air, it will evaporate faster. Also you can apply heat to speed the process of evaporation and if you used water instead of acetone, you will have to heat or it will take forever for the water to evaporate. One way to evaporate the water would be to use a heating mantle or burner at about 180-200 degrees, or just under the boiling point of the water. To remove the acetone will not require as much heat. You can use a coffee maker warming plate which is just about right for this. While heating, the solution will get thicker and thicker until it gets to the consistancy of tar again. The reason you have to 'brown' the lactose is because it won't dissolve in the white powder form as it will if burnt. Don't know why. Sometimes you see tar that someone has just mixed with white lactose by rolling the tar around in the powder which sticks to it and becomes mixed in. This is not good for 2 reasons- first, it is not a homogenous mixture and the lactose is not evenly distributed in it, and also because tar will not assorb much lactose this way before it is not tar anymore but brown powder instead. Take home open balloon and bitch as you realize you got a piece of actual road tar. Go back down the street and buy another balloon. Maybe buy two, from different people just to be safe. Take home and open... ahhh that's better the fine acrid smell of chiva. Place proper amount in a spoon. For me that's everything including my wake up. Get a cup of warm water from the sink. Fill eye dropper place in spoon. Stir until all the tar disolves. If you can't wait fifteen minutes (and who can?) heat spoon with lighter. Now comes the part that seperates then men from boys: Once the solution has cooled, fill eye dropper, lie in bed with head hanging over the edge. Place eye dropper in nose and slowly release. Be sure to take your time releasing as you want to enjoy the incredible burning sensation as the liquid runs into your sinuses. Besides you don't want any of that precious fluid to run down the back of your throat. Wait about a minute and then come up. By this time you should be so high that the pain is gone.
