For Sci Int, 1994, 64:171-179 "Caffeine was the most frequent additive...Paracetamol (APAP) almost always occurred in combination with caffeine...The concentration of of either of the two drugs was often high...concentrations of up to 92% caffeine and 43% of paracetamol were found... "During the middle and late eighties the number of adulterants in in heroin samples increased...In 1992 the occurence of paracetamol in particular increased, and the number of samples containing both caffeine and paracetamol doubled."
