As far as I'm concerned, _no_ cuts are acceptable. Thank God for competition in the trade. It's very rare that we see badly bashed brown here in Liverpool. Real dealers are too committed to volume trade and repeat business to fuck with the dope, and there are too many well organized firms to suffer cut dope more than once.
