A few notes from Tanager's shadow.

Putting Tanager's name to author for the traditional songs and tales of her village would be horrifying to her-- for one reason or another, she was pleased enough to leave and never come back.  While Tanager has performed pieces from her village at one time or another, she makes a point of saying that such are not hers.
I assure you that I'm not plagarizing when I include them here.  Every piece included in my library is (so far as I know) contributed by the original author and appropriately attributed here.  (Some of them are attributed rather oddly, by request of the person who contributed the pieces in question, but still attributed to the correct person.)
Out of character, I wrote the songs of Tanager's homeland; in character, Tanager didn't write them.
If you choose to perform one of these songs, I would ask that, rather than attributing it to Tanager directly, you say that you first heard Tanager sing it or that you found it among the other songs collected in her library.

Thank you!
