(Too Complex to Build All At Once)

Every section listed below exists in at least partial form, but I would rather include them (for the most part) only upon completion.  It's easier to start these projects than to end them.

    --Tanager Skydancing

Tanager's Guide to Item Design will help you out if you've worried that you may experience your own alteration nightmare-- or even if you just want some tips and advice for the future.

Beyond the Raging Thrak: An Elanthian Guide to Etiquette.  You should tip empaths-- but how much?  What about pickers?  How should you properly ask for someone to cast spells on you so that the trolls don't beat you to a pulp?  My personal advice waits herein.

An Insider's Guide to Spellcasting will be written so that those less familiar with the effects of various spells may become more familiar with the effects of various spells, and spend as little time as possible asking "What spell was that?"  --a phrase those around me have heard far too often.  Written and researched for my own edification as much as yours, perhaps even more.

"The kobold also had a what?"  --a guide to treasure.  If you've found something in a box and you're not quite sure what it is, you may wish to check here.

Valuable Gem, or Worthless Junk?  As suggested, a guide to recognizing valuable gems on sight, rather than hauling several pounds of pretty glass back for the jeweler's inspection.

Tanager's Guide to Boxfound Jewelry.  Were you among the Landing citizens that I dragged away for an appraisal of your favorite earcuff?  Many are the citizens of Wehnimer's who remember me offering disks  in exchange for information on the gem dealer's appraised value of various pieces of boxfound jewelry.  The results have been compiled into this guide... which is very much in progress, but may be of use to you anyway.

Snoritralurarr'rgno, srirght dar'r nar ghuo fir! is a guide to the culture and behaviors of various non-adventurous species in Elanthia, including notes on language, religion, and dress.

Houses and Organizations of Elanthia offers information on the various official and unofficial organizations in Elanthia, including a mission statement and the charter and bylaws for every group that I could find.

Assembled Notes on Spirits, Gods, Elementals, and Demons discusses the Arkati and the various spirits that are typically lumped together under the label of "gods".  Essays from various worshippers of different deities are included, and anyone is free to contribute their own views on the subject.

The Great Meddlers of Elanthia is not a guide to any in-character part of Elanthia.  This document is intended both to commend those who build this world and keep it running on a stable track and to offer advice for various citizens of Elanthia when dealing with GameHosts, Board Monitors, Seers, GameMasters, and the dreaded maw known as Feedback.  While it focuses on GemStone III, it may be of use to DragonRealms players as well, though only in the general rather than the specifics.
