About the Featured Artists
A number of artists have been so kind as to grant either specific permission
to me or blanket permission to anyone wishing to use their work.
To all of the following artists: thank you, from the bottom of my heart.

I encountered all of these artists through Thomas
F. Abrahamsson's Elfwood project.
Elfwood is the largest science fiction and fantasy
art and fiction website on the Internet; at the time of this writing, Elfwood
included the work of 9062 fantasy artists, 1681 science-fiction artists,
and 2171 writers. Even if you take into account that some people
have galleries in both places and libraries as well, this is quite an impressive
sum.
Elfwood is a not-for-profit project and accepts
anyone who wishes to display their talent and improve their skill, so long
as all participants are over 13 years of age. If I hadn't been part
of this project (my gallery is here,
and my library is here)
I would never have developed the confidence to display my art on the Internet,
let alone improved my skill to the point which I have done. (Some
of my cartooning before Elfwood is hidden on the Internet... but no, I
won't offer you a link.)
In short, I'm incredibly impressed by Elfwood and
Thomas Abrahamsson, and you might enjoy checking around the place a bit.
We especially like getting comments. Helpful comments. Lots
of comments.
