In Hong Kong, we can buy PC another way.
We buy the motherboard, hard-disk, floppy, ... , everything, and then assemble them together ! The hardware is exactly the same, or even surpass, those offered by manufacturers ! But the computer is dead ! Unless we pay an additional HK$ 800 for Window 98, (or HK$ 140 for LINUX), and the computer will respond.
People may say, "No, we human can learn. We need no one to give us 'software', we can acquire 'softwares' of our own".
There are "chess program" and other "adaptive" programs that can learn. But the ability to learn is programmed into it by the person who wrote the "chess program".

For to every one who has will more be given, and he will have abundance; but from him who has not, even what he has will be taken away. Therefore, let us make good use of the "talents" LORD gives us, and use them for our fellow citizens. Yet, if we fail, we should not despair, or if we succeed, we should not become proud, because, not only are the "hardware", "software" given to us by LORD, but " when to load and run the program" and "power ( compare to electricity to a PC )" are all from LORD too.
