1. Do you ever ship your cider to other cities?

No.

2. Why don't you ever ship your cider?

The cider is raw. It gets too warm during shipment. Then it ferments.

3. What is the difference is between raw apple cider, unpasturized apple cider and raw cider and apple cider vinegar?

In California in general cider is raw unfilter juice. Pasterized is heated to 180 F. Vinegar is the end product after the wine stage.

4. When will you open?

Normally the end of August around the 20th. Normally just on the weekend then all week then back to weekends at the end of the season..
