74. Robert Lee⁹ Pickering (Curtis Jordan⁸, Abel⁷, Jacob⁶, William⁵, Samuel⁴, Jonathan³, John², John¹) was born in Fulton County, Illinois 25 July 1849. Robert died 8 October 1920 in Fulton County, Illinois, at 71 years of age.

He married Rachel Anderson in Fulton County, Illinois, 7 August 1873. Rachel was born 20 March 1856. Rachel was the daughter of Robert Anderson and Nancy Morgan. Rachel died 31 October 1930 in Fulton County, Illinois, at 74 years of age.

107 i. Mary Alice¹⁰ Pickering was born 20 June 1874. Mary died 25 December 1959 in Fulton County, Illinois, at 85 years of age. She married Clement E. McAdams in Fulton County, Illinois, 12 August 1894. Clement was born 28 January 1865. Clement died 24 July 1922 at 57 years of age.

108 ii. Nellie M. Pickering was born in Fulton County, Illinois 21 February 1889. Nellie died 5 February 1890 in Fulton County, Illinois, at less than one year of age. Her body was interred February 1890 in Bernadotte, Fulton County, Illinois, Randall Cemetery. Tombstone in Randall Cemetery reads:
