2. John² Green (Jacob¹) was born 27 August 1840.

He married Paulina Anderson. Paulina was born in Clermont County, Ohio 11 March 1847. Paulina was the daughter of Robert Anderson and Nancy Morgan. Paulina died 13 March 1918 in Fulton County, Illinois, at 71 years of age.

John Green and Paulina Anderson had the following family:

3 i. Rachel³ Green was born 1866.

4 ii. Mary Green was born 1868.

5 iii. Robert Green was born 3 November 1869. Robert died 17 November 1927 at 58 years of age. He married Olive Estella Overton. Olive was born 26 June 1878. Olive died 15 April 1939 at 60 years of age.
