Henry Gatewood Sr. and Dorothy Dudley had the following family:

2 i. Keziah² Gatewood was born in King and Queen County, Virginia about 1730. Keziah died Before 2 December 1796 in Amherst County, Virginia, at approximately 66 years of age. She married John Sandidge in Amherst County, Virginia, about 1752. John was born in Spottsylvania County, Virginia after 1727. He was born in St. George's Parish. John⁽⁵⁾ was the son of William Sandidge and Ann Pulliam.

John died about 1802 in Amherst County, Virginia. (See John Sandidge for the continuation of this line.)
