He married Elizabeth Hudson. Elizabeth was the daughter of Joshua Hudson Sr. and Mary Terrell.

2 i. Abigail² Dennis was born on (birth date unknown). She married Peter Younger. Peter was born in Hampshire County, Virginia 1772. Peter died 1841 in Grant County, Kentucky, at 69 years of age. (See Peter Younger for the continuation of this line.)
